As an enterprise consulting firm, we strictly adhere to confidentiality. Any proprietary analytics, user data, or strategic insights shared during our UX Audits are treated as strictly confidential. We do not store your proprietary product data post-engagement, nor do we sell or share your business data with third parties.

By accessing UXGen Advisory and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the strategic consulting relationship between you and UXGen Technologies (OPC Pvt. Ltd.).

1. Scope of Advisory Services

UXGen Advisory provides B2B SaaS and Marketing UI/UX audits, teardowns, and strategic blueprints. We act as external consultants and advisors. Unless a separate implementation contract is signed, our role is strictly advisory, and we are not responsible for the direct coding or development of your software.

2. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
